This grandma wasn’t playing! She was so mad at her family that she shredded her over million dollar fortune so her family wouldn’t get it after she died in a nursing home!
AFP.com says that the grandma shredded her fortune “in an apparent attempt to spite her heirs”! The money (and savings account books) were found shredded on her bed after she died in a nursing home!
The police said that there was nothing that they could do for the family to replace the money because:
“The damage of the money in the woman’s property is not a criminal matter, so we have not begun any investigation.”
It looked like the grandma was going to get her dying wish until a bank stepped in! The bank is promising to replace all of the shredded money!
