A judge in Orléans, France yesterday declared that five Michael Jackson fans underwent severe “emotional suffering“ from the pop star’s 2009 death and are eligible for damages paid by Conrad Murray, the doctor who administered the fatal dose of propofol to Jackson. But the group says they have no intention of pursuing a financial settlement from Murray. They just want to be able to visit Jackson’s grave, which is closed off to the public.
