Banned Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is refusing to pay the $2.5 million fine levied by the NBA after his racist remarks became public. But it doesn’t stop there. ESPN is now reporting that he also had his lawyer, Max Blecher, send a letter on his behalf threatening to sue the league. The letter insists that the 80-year-old billionaire has not breached the NBA constitution and that his “due process rights“ were violated by the NBA’s investigation.
